The 2014 competition saw a record of 11 clubs participating, 140 athletes and over 250 event entries.
Adel secured 3 gold medals in individual and pairs poomsae and in sparring.

November was the time for the regular club championships It was a Poomsae only competition.
Adel won GOLD in the red/juniors individuals category.
Two SILVER medals for Adel.
Poomsae pairs (black belt category) silver. Sparring silver.

Receiving the price at the award night held at the Etihad stadium, she acknowledged the importance of having a highly qualified coach supported by a dedicated team of instructors at the JB Taekwondo Centre.
